Our Story
Integrated Funding is the mortgage loan processing branch of Ilderosa, Enterprises, Inc. - a California registered corporation.
This company is the brainchild of Josefina “Jessie” N. Sioson who dreamt of assisting people with purchasing their own home.
With the help of her husband, Pete Sioson, she started Ilderosa Enterprises, Inc. in the garage of their house. Little did she know that her dreams and efforts would later grow into a successful company.
